TV-team? You mean Gabby and Ty? They have 5 diferent teams, meaning that the last is permanent, IIRC it´s this: Wishmur-Magnemite, Loudred-magnemite, Loudred-Magnemite, Loudred-Magneton, then finally, Exploud-Magneton.

They´re located in: Rotue above Mauville before desert, Rotue 118 (left of Mauville) after swimming, and Rotue after Fortree. then they repeat the cicle over and over and over again.

You are correct! Face them with a amulet coin on your active Pokemon, and it's an easy way to get money, or just do the Elite Four with an amulet coin.

I heartily agree with that, its an excellent way to train Pokemon up if you aren't ready to use the Elite Four like that. I enjoy taking a high level Pokemon with Surf and the Pokemon I'm training and doing it that way.

Now that I think about it, My Gabby and Ty have stopped rotating. Is that typical?

I heard something about after 255 battles against them they stop moving around. So yes I think it's typical.

Yes, this is true. It's happen for me both on my emerald and my ruby game (Hey, what can I say? They give good money and exp.) They will stop moving on route 111.

They must be tired from moving so much..
