1.Where is the Rocket that has the second password for the rocket hideout on five island?

2.How do I get the scientist guy blocking Dotted Hole to move?

1.You need to get to the bottom of the Dotted Hole and find the Sapphire. A Rocket will come and take the Sapphire, but leave the second password.

2.You need to complete Icefall Cave and he should move. To get in, you need to use Cut.
