Absurdity
1. Does Munchlax do something plotwise in the game? There's a sprite of him, so...

2. I got to the top of Mt. Faraway for the first time, and took down Ho-Oh. I was level 58, had his friend area, and I'm Lucario Rank. (I know that doesn't increase chances, but you need a cetain rank for some Ledgends) What's up?

1. I dont think so, I have never seen him before.

2. You can only get him on the second try.

your team can only have a size of 6, and since ho-oh is a size four, you need to only take two 1-sized pokemon with you. also make sure your leader pokemon has a friend ribbon to increase chances.

Meh. I only had size of one, plus ho-oh had 99.99 % chance of recruting, but it must be that you have to go through again to get him...

Actually, there are some legendaries (like Lugia), that you can get the first time against them. But Ho-oh can only be recruited the second time you visit.

I don't know what munchlax does, except that you can see him in Pokemon Square.;munchlax;

o sigh, yes munchlax does appear at random in pokemon square, if u help him, then he'll give u a munchbelt. i don like him though, he speaks like a neanderthol.

Oh, give Munchlax a break!

Or, if you want a Munch Belt, an apple.

Give Munchlax an apple, and he'll give you a Munch Belt. Your Adventure Log will also record that you saw Munchlax.
