I, too, think it can't, so I vote for Regice. I like he best of the Regis, and I've never really liked Walrein that much.

EDIT: Ehehe, woops XD I misread 4th Genaration Master's post to "I think it can", but it seems it was the opposite and I said the exactly same thing as he did. ^^' Edited teh word "too" in now...
