If you can't get DD that is a shame, you can try a CBtar, but not sure that's all to great:

I guess it's simplistic, just attack and Thunder/TB Skarmory or any Water type that tries to switch in. Honestly, only use this if you can't get DD and want a pure physical Tyranitar:

I think Taunt>T-Wave since Taunt will screw up things like Dusclops and such that may wall you.

However this is the set Tazzler suggested for me awhile back, it isn't physical and worked pretty well and I liked it:

Rock Slide is for In-game and Focus Punch for NB. However Rock Slide will still work in NB and is best when you can't predict for a Focus Punch. I prefer Tazzler's set and you can easily replace Bolt-Beam with Flame-Claw, but DD is the best set in my opinion..
