Tyranitar has Rock STAB, Rock Slide, and a Base 135 Attack vs. Charizard's 4x weak and mediocre Defense.

But hey! Charizard can outspeed Tyranitar and knock those all important 13 Hit Points off of Tyranitar's HP Bar first 8D

The only thing Charizard can hope to do on Tyranitar is Choice Banded Dynamicpunch, which no-one uses, and only 50% accurate.
