IIRC, a lot of rayquaza use 212 hp/48 Sdef to survive max special attack eggy's hidden power ice, but I don't know about its current popularity so that may not be an issue...

I like 319/350 speed on latios.

Agilitygross can't do **** in ubers; use CBGross.

Safeguard on Latios is pointless, since not many people use T-wave or Toxic on Blissey anymore; use Thunder over it to hurt Kyogre, who happens to majorly rape the rest of your team.

Special Ho-oh sucks, use the CB variant or Shadow Ball/Sacred Fire/Recover/HP Flying@Leftovers with Sassy nature, max HP, alot of Atk and the rest in SAtk.

Huge Ice Beam Kyogre problems.

imo cb quaza is best with jolly. speed is everything

safeguard isnt good right now as blissey isnt all that ou. I use thunder as Kyogre is about the most used uber

timid is garbage :/ use brave, 360 or so atk, 270 satk, 401 hp and rest in sdef. shadow ball/sacred fire/recover/toxic is the best set for it right now

IMO use 252 HP/224 Atk/4Def/28Sdef
This way, you can survive an Eggy's HP Ice. You will also beat defenseless opposing Rays in an Extremespeed match

I guess lol, but Thunder or TBolt > Safeguard, since Blisseys don't pack status moves anymore. Thunder helps with the big Kyogre weak

Ky00ber weak. Latios also gives you problems somewhat, seeing that it can Ice Beam Groudon, Meta does not like switching Thunderbolts/Thunders, and Deoxys-L doesn't have knock Off.

I can name over 100 reasons, but here are a few
-very powerful sp.sweeper.
- massive sp.def makes kyogre stand upto a calm minded stabbed thunder from raikou.

You also can add a mewtwo if you like.

That's why the Lati@s get Ice Beam. Although Kyoober isn't as common, it still poses a threat, and although both TBolt/Thunder 2HKOs Kyogre, after a Kyogre CM, the Lati@s Thunderbolt becomes a 3HKO, but Thunder still remains a 2HKO. And the paralysis chance is always nice

And Dirt, he doesn't need a Kyogre because he has a Groudon

THunder is a 3HKO after a kyogre calm mind.

359 latios sp.att (soul dew)
latios used thunder
379 sp.att kyogre (calm mind)

359 x 379= 0.95

120 thunder base power
120 x 0.95 x 2 = 228.
THen multiply the damage by 0.85 since the damage point at the top is inacurrate.

228 x 0.85 = 194. Total damage.

194/404.
Thunder is a 3HKO on kyogre after a calm mind. I'm talking about latios here, not latias.

well you don't know who i am, and before making yourself look like an idiot and saying how thunder latios is bad, please learn about ubers yourself thanks. thunder lati@s is the only "safe" kyogre counter, and the metagame right now is heavily kyogre based.
