Jolly is kinda useless here. You don't wannna tie up with Groudon or Kyogre because they can 1/2hko you with Rock Slide/Surf respectively. I prefer Adamant. You put more dent into psychics and friends. If you hate the SAtk drop, use Lonely

Ninjask+Kyogre weakness. NO phazer hurts this (Thnx to Obi2Kenobi for figuring this out for me).

imo reversal > flail on cross, psychics may resist it, but then again, does megahorn care about that?

plus reversal gets the upper hand on groudon, kyogre and any swift swimmers in a drizzle team
