A way to cause sleep to other people in the uber match. Taunt allows it to disable Blissey mostly, other three moves are obvious.

Steel Arceus allows for some protection against Outrage Rayquaza. Stealth Rock to hamper the amount of Flying-types in ubers and just ubers in general. Ice Beam is specifically for Rayquaza though it can be used against the Lati twins too. Recover is obviously to heal 50% health when needed.

Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Extremespeed

Rayquaza, mainly here to just cause havoc as a 180 base power attack that hits everything but Steel neutral off a 438 stat attack is quite impressive. Earthquake to take care of Steels, Stone Edge for some extra offense against the likes of Lugia and Ho-oh. Extremespeed is good for racing with Deoxys-F and quickly taking out some other things. Speed EVs are to reach 281 speed, outspeeding any base 90s using Choice Scarf and neutral natured Deoxys too.

Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Light Screen
- Thunder Wave
- Softboiled
- Seismic Toss

Special sponge of the team. Light Screen allows even more efficent walling and a decent chance for other members of the team to survive some degree of attack on the special side. Thunder Wave to cripple random things.

Hmm, haven't rated an Ubers team before but I'll do my best:

I'm kinda liking Dark Void/Dark Pulse/Taunt/CM on Darkrai instead, with Timid nature and max Sp Atk. To me it just seems like your set is just a lousier special attacker with sleep. Taunt ruins the Blissey switch in anyway and lets you CM up, with an added bonus of ruining STalkers. You could also use Sub but Darkrai doesn't get 101 HP Subs. Sub is useful for other things though.

Thunder Wave is more useful than Sing on Blissey in Ubers, considering you already have Darkrai and Sleep Clause will most likely be on for matches, and you don't have Motor Drive to worry about. Aromatherapy is worth considering on Blissey, however, especially if Sleep Clause is off. If you use it, put it over Light Screen.

Kinda watch out for Groudons. A Groudon played properly will mess with your rain and tear up half your team with no problem. You don't really have a surefire safe switch-in for Groudon.

Light Screen is a must on uber Blissey, otherwise it gets crapped all over by things like Palkia and Kyogre with their Draco Meteors and Water Spouts flying around.

Groudon is screwed by STAB Water attacks, Rain or Shine.

Otherwise it looks like a standard uber team to me.
