Uh....This is kinda embarassing, but, I have that Private Messages thing, but I can't find anyone I can PM. Most people had the e-mail option. Why is that?

The upgrade made that happen.However you can always go through the member list and PM a member that way.

Click on a members' name on a post, and click "Send a private message to ___"
Then it takes you to the PM screen with thier name already filled out.
