If you don't like the DDset, go for the CBset and change to Swords dance hera or STalk hera. STalk hera would also give you a status absorber.

Pokemon used substitute. Shuckle was useless!
Pokemon used rest. Shuckle was lolled at!
Pokemon was a steel type/poison/anything. Shuckle still got laughed at.
Read as: This thing is rubbish. Whatever though.

Would ditch zard and shuckle if I were you. But, this is for a UK event so anything can work given the chances.
