Ok, what would be your ultimate/ideal/perfect DS game? Litterally, if you were given the chance to get your say on one game, what would it be?

For me, it'd be "Super Smash Bros: Double Smash" in which the Touch Screen would be used for menu selecting and over 100 minigames including a shooting gallary, a first person slasher and a Racing Kart Game (maybe not with the touch screen). With over 37 characters (12 new including Wario, Krystal, Metal Knight, Plusile & Minum, Bowser Jr./Shadow Mario, Diddy Kong, Petey Parana, Ridley, Space Pirate, Captain Olimer, Kid Icarus and Poo), 10 new stages and 50 new items (including the Revolution Controller and a Nintendo DS) this would be the greates SSB game ever! And it'd be online.

Please don't comment on my post (ie "your character ideas SUCK!") because this'll just turn into another SSB topic whcih I don't want. You may comment saying weather you'd like the game or not but no disscussion about details like characters, stages or items. It's fine to discuss other games, it's just theres a place to discuss SSB and it aint here.

So, what would you like?

Too bad Nintendo hasn't made plans to make a Super Smash Bros. game for the DS. Though it would be a really great idea to do so because it would bring in a caché of cash to Nintendo :p

Yopu understand Poo is a character from Earthbound, right? He's a matial arts expert who can use PSI Powers. I just think he's pretty cool and I'd love to see him in SSB:DS.

Ooooo, another game I'd like to see is Star Fox DS! I can see this working quite well if they made it like Lylat Wars or Assult. The touch screen could also be used for a homing missile, you select the enemy you want to fire and it homes in on the traget.

Anywhoo, anyone else got any ideas?

i agree that a smash bros game would be amazing with WIFI and everything. the touch screen shouldnt be used for anything except for menu selections,and the dual screens should be used to show the battle field across both. hard to explain but i think it is a good idea!!

another game i think would be good for the DS would be a mario party. some people may not like them, but i love them. the minigames should be all touch orientated.

another game they should do is a remake of wario ware touched. the game should be harder and have a wireless single cart multiplayer. awsome fun!

a pokemon stadium style game for the DS. it should be just like the one on the N64 by the way you register pokemon from gameboy games. this would make full use of having both the slots for the old and new games.

A 3D ZELDA, JUST LIKE OCARINA OF TIME!!! do i need to say any more

there are some of my ideas, see ya all later.

Anyways, I thought when UB said Poo, that he meant Boo from Super Mario... but now I remember the trophy from SSBM. Still, that is a weird name for a character.

My dream game would be a 3D Zelda game like what Fighting Master said. Boy, I'd love that, although I'd like any Zelda game, 2D, 3D, 4D, hell 1D, as long as it's Zelda. Except the Cd-i games. I will wipe them from existence one day!

Actully, what I'd love is a Star Fox game just like Lylat Wars for the N64 without all the running around crap, a decent space shoot-em-up with.. let's say, 10 different paths to complete the game (Lylat Wars had about 3 main different paths) which, because all the worlds entwine, would mean about 50 different paths in one! I just loved Lylat Wars and Adventures and Assult just didn't live up to my expectations. So, bring on "Star Fox: Andross Strikes Back... Again!"

I also like the idea of a Pokemon Stadium DS as long as it wasn't totally obsessed with an RPG element and had rent-able pokemon, that was a real bummer in colloseum.

Mario Party DS sounds brilliant and with a WiFi mode, you'd be able to play anybody, anytime.

Finally, I hope (and I'd be surprised if this diddn't happen) that Nintendo make an original 3D Mario game for the DS. How about makeing it plain yet seriosly addictive. Bowser and Doneky Kong kidnap Princess Peach and Mario goes off to rescue her. Bosses could include Shadow Mario, Petey Parana, Blooper, Big Bom-omb, Donkey Kong, Bowser and many more. You could ride Yoshy, tavel a whole world including a city, a forest, the moon, Princess Peach's Castle, Bowser's Castle, Kong's Jungle and places from previose Mario games. It shouldn't have a silly gimicky FLUDD device or anything but include Metal Caps, Winged Caps, Hammer Suits, Frog Suits, Feather Capes and Fire Flowers. The FLUDD device could be included but the game shouldn't revolve around it. Finally, I don't think the game should have a super name or anything but simply be called "Mario" as this would be Mario's greates game ever.

Well, I'm all out of ideas now.

EDIT: They'd better make a 3D Zelda for the DS, it's ment to be.

lol sounds interesting however, Waluigi really isn't a wizarding character.

Also, you missed a few charaters who could be rather amusing.

Toad (Red) - Frodo
Toad (Green) - Samwise
Toad (Blue) - Merrin
Toad (Yellow) - Pippin
Bowser - Suaron (big eye)
Boo/DK - Saroman (white wizard)
Waluigi - Faromire (he dies and is arrogant)
Professor Fludd (whatever his name is) - Gandalf

This game could work, it'd be great fun to see the Mario critters trying to be deadly serious but it'd be ridiculouse at the same time. Nice idea.

Though a new game that may be of interest is a Pilotwings game!!! I dont know if anyone had it but that was a fun game!!
Another one could be a Mario Golf game. I know that Nintendo just released Touch Golf, but is isnt great if they dont intergrate in Mario and Luigi etc!!
The Geoman Game that has already been planned for a release next year looks AWSOME!! I like the First one on the N64
One game that i had to bring up last, is Rakuga Kids!!! i want to Know who had that!! It was clearly one of the N64s most forgotton masterpeices!! If they made a remake, i would be straight there.
For all you kids that didnt know, it is a Cartoon style beat 'em up where you are a little kids/adults drawn character, who scrap it up!!!
It was one of the most fun games i ever played, and the multiplayer (2 player) fights were one of the most competeive things ever!! If you lost you were scum!!!
Ahhhhh good memories!

I think the ultimate DS game would be SSB, Starfox(probably 64 with extras), or the original goldeneye. Those games would be so much fun.
