i havnt even completed the relic and the jirachi dungeon came up in my mailbox!?can i go or do i have to complete the relic?

to get wish cave, you must first get a series of conversations with medicham and ekans talking about a dungeon that makes wishes come true.
once you get them all, ekans will be at the peliper post office jumping up and down. go to the message board and will see a mission with medicham in wish cave, floor 20. then you will have acsess to wish cave if you accept it. rescue medicham and you will get the wish stone, for use of wishing in hte wish cave.

yea u can go to any dungeon before doing relic.
I did relic very late,like at lvl 75 all because my mailbox was full and the mail couldn't come.
