Umbreon question

Can u get umbreon in Emerald? I have an eevee (traded from FR), but i dunno if i can evolve my eevee into it? I want a shiney Umbreon.

You can evolve Eevee into Umbreon in R/S/E once it's happiness is maxed and it is nighttime (check the in-game clock).

But you can not get a shiney from evolving it it has to be a shiney eevve first.

Ah, okay. I figured that the clock had something to do with it. I knew that they had me set the time for a reason. Ty.

yes you can i got a Espeon and A Umbreon.
