So I brought some Pokemon over from Pokemon Go. I've got a level 21 Dratini with "Amazing Stats" and a level 14 Dragonite with "OK Stats." Which of these two would grow up to be stronger Pokemon? The Dragonite because it's already evolved at such a low level or the Dratini because of the better base stats? Or does it not matter with the new candy system?
