Underused pokemon team

[Shiney_Hunter_Tauros_Rule]

Hi
I am trying to find out a good team based on underused pokemon of the types I use the most. Should Tauros be in there as it is not uu for me. Also state which moves. If not the types are:
Fire-Arcanine?Ninetales? (Not Charizard)
Water-Starmie?Slowbro? (Not Blastoise or Lapras)
Electric-? (Not Pikachu the annoying rodent)
Psycic-Mr Mime? (Not Kadabra/Alakazam)
Ground-Sandslash? Marowak? (Not Dugtrio)
Final Type. Grass? Rock? Flying? Bug?

Also if you state which pokes can you state which moves. NO HIDDEN POWER! and no tms that cant be bought in Megamart/Gamecorner in R/E/LG

-Nor is Ninetales
-Marcargo is an option
-Camerupt is also, but there is a reason why they are UU

Water
-Starmie is the most OU water type out there
-Slowbro Rocks!

Evs-76 HP, 136 Def, 176 Sp Attack, 134 Sp Def
-Psychic/Rest
-Calm Mind
-Surf
-Fire Blast/Ice Beam (Fire blast is a great metagross counter. it has the Def to survive a couple of Shadow Ball's, and after one CM, it OHKO's it. The Gross user is left there in shock. Ice Beam being your standard choice)

Electric
-Ampharos (sp?)
-Electabuzz

Psychic
-Mr Mime is also quite OU
-Alakazam is kinda OU too
-Girafarig
-Slowbro (see above)

Ground
-Marowak is becoming more and more OU
-Sandslash is an option
-Flygon is of normal use (I think) and isn't OU. Its an option

Grass
-Cradily
-Cacturne
-Meganium

Rock
Not needed if you have a ground type

Flying
-Swellow
-Fearow
-Pidgeot

Bug
-Parasect
-Scyther
-Pinsir

You could use a Fighting type
-Hitmon[any]
-Hariyama
-Poliwrath

Shes kinda like Typhlosion in that it's eather BL or OU, And I say OU.
