With now like 3 DW abilities flying around, from random pokemon too, I get the feeling that there are going to be a more of them scattered throughout the game.

Litwick is likely caught in the same place as usual, the Celestial Tower, and you evolve it the same way.

It's really odd they just leave a giant crumbling castle of a former singular team. I mean, Pokemon pretty much have the strengths to tear that down in 2 years. I dunno, maybe some people thought it would have been a good relic or some thing. Lol.

Ringing the Celestial Tower's bell on a Friday night will trigger a battle with a wild Shadow Tag Lampent. Calling it right now.
