So who takes up the last few available Pokédex spots? I mean, all the legendaries like Uxie, Regis etc are found post elite four so surely wouldn't be, so if that is the case we still have around at least 30 Pokémon left out of the total 300...

Cool as that might be, I really doubt that will be the case. It's unlikely mostly because what teams would they use? Most have like, 2 or 3 Pokemon confirmed (barring Barry and Wally), so the rest would be kind of random to put in. Not saying it wouldn't be cool, I'd totally be down for it, but it seems highly unlikely.
If only though. :/

Yeah I'm surprised that we haven't even gotten a partial pokedex yet* with the number of people who have the game now. Maybe no one else finds that interesting like me :/

Probably just Nacrene to Nuvema, but if Lenora's reviving fossils even that should be pre-league. Only a small part of the world then.
Likely the starting towns in BW1. So Nuvema, Striation. Those places. That's all really, Iccirus City maybe. Depend's if it's not completely froze over. I guess it can't be since we go there for Zekrom/Reshiram after the game. That's all I can think of.
According to PokeBeach, he appears in both versions.
Besides, even if you don't have the other version, you can change Black City to White Forest or vice versa within your game upon using "Unova Link".

Unova Link is crappy though, only local wireless. So whoever gets white 2 will have to find someone else with Black 2 presumably to get Black City.

I know, especially when you have nobody in your area who plays Pokemon at all (and instead rather play generic FPS games instead), making the whole things pointless. Japan is a smaller country with large cities covering it, so it's reasonable there due to the countries size and population, in the US however, it's a larger country and has a larger population, yes, but 75% of the nation is wilderness and rural areas, making the Unova Link utterly USELESS to people who live in small towns and rural areas like me, and only useful to players who live in massive cities such as New York and Los Angeles.
Oh boy. I have to trick my brother into getting white 2 then... : \ Just kidding lol. But I'll decide what version I'm getting when everything is decided what's in what. I thought Black City was in Pokemon White. One of the main reasons I bought it, NOPE : \ . Whatever, those games were very confusing!
What errors? Everyone is at the mercy of 2ch at the moment, everyone's working from the same information that isn't very clear. We will find out more very soon.
