How hard is it to find them? I've been looking all morning!

For sure that is hard. I´ve been looking for them too and I haven´t encountered one. And I even encountered a Shiny Unown!

I have both. They were pretty easy to get. On my 90th encounter I found !, and on something less than that I found ?. there's a 1% chance of finding them, but that's the same for chansey and alot of other ones. So I think it's pretty easy. I got them on different days, but in total it probably took up to 45 minutes, probably less.

and for the two unown, it took me about 2 hours to get them both, dang they were hard to find.

Well, I didn't think they were that hard. Only took me about 2 hours to find them both, and thats not long by my standard.

It's a 1% chance in the Monean and Viapois ruins.
Go look there and you will see either A or Z depending on which ruin and if you look hard enough, you'll see the lazy eye Unown.

Monean- A and ?
Viapois- Z and !

If you have patience, they'll appear as they did in my game and no it's not that easy. Levels are the same as the others. Sorry but I can't check as my charger is broken and my GameBoy doesn't have power.

What levels do you find them at?

I believe they are at lv. 25. Also, the ? and ! Unown are the rarest Unowns to find, but it doesn't take too long to find them. I think it took me about a day and a half to get them all and about an hour and a half to get the ? and ! Unown. It took me longer to get the O for some reason.

I had a really hard time getting the ? Unown. I gave up like 5 times x_x
The ! was easy though.
