Unown

I'm having trouble finding the puzzle that you need to solve to make Unown appear. Can someone give me directions to it?

It's in the little cave that you find in Sevault Canyon on Seven Island. Additionally the Tanoby Chambers where the Unown are located are further south of Sevault Canyon.

Thanks I've been wandering around in the Tanoby Ruins for a few hours trying to find the puzzle.

It is blocked by a pokeball. You need strength to solve it.
