I couldn't save as PNG either, at first. Some people don't realize that not everyone has that capability. If you can't use png, bmp is the next best thing (Paint messes up gif)

you put Mewchiw's ears on backword... XD.. hahaha... think about fixing the ears and shading on them... other than that, pretty good...

Your recolours are fairly good, the only problem is the blurryness. The mixes need some work. mewchiw has back to front ears, and lataquaza has a lumpy tail. You need to practice, but your sprites are heading in the right direction. I suggest looking at a mixing tutorial so you can fix things like the tail on lataquaza.

that is SO much better. now, the only thing wrong with it is that part of the tail at the top has been chopped off, and there is too much white space around it, but the white isn't really a sprite problem, jsut would make it look better.

Hmm.. Flyaria has too much excess space. Your sprites are pretty good, just remember: BMP is your friend.
