Your moltres revamp is actually just a recolour with he newer colours. you need to add custom shading and it doesn't look like you did. Zapku looks very crowded and some bits are clipped off.

I like your mew/raichu mix but I noticed that you didnt recolour the outlines. Colour them in, and when you save a sprite and .png doesnt work, do this:
(sprite name when saving)

Accualy, it's saved as PNG, right-click on the image, and select propertys, it says it is a PNG file.

Renake has black outlines because, well, I'm lazy.
