up-grade??

I'm traning a porygon2 for the batle frontier,but I can't find an up-grade in emerald, is there any way to get it without tading?;233;

nope. FR/LG only, in the rocket warehouse.

you can't get a porygon without access to FR/LG anyway, so it shouldn't be a major problem... you can't be able to get it without being able to evolve it.

Nope, you need to use FR/LG to get the ugrade.

Yeah, you have to get up-grade from FR or LG.233
