jask should hold lefties, and its HP should be divisible by 16 +1. i don't think it needs that much speed, but it's not like it's using any of its other stats....

also, regirock should be impish/careful. and if you're using this for player-vs-player, remember that phazer > ninjask.

Return is about as far from nubish as you can get, as is Rest. Only Agility could be considered pointless, and even then, BPing Agilities to other Pokémon is fun.

Only Protect + Sub against the AI. Human Players will exploit it.

Regirock really doesn't like taking CB Brick Breaks (for example), and Mence still takes a decent chunk from Megahorn, and predicted Rock Slides make it cry.
