The shading of the trainer's shirts and hats are a bit off. The Torkoal's alright, but it seems to have a rather long nose, and his right toes scares me o_O.

Let the zephyr blow.
The shading isn't all that brilliant on the tops nor is it on the hats, I suggest working on shading or adding little details or prints to detract the attention from the lump of the same colour.
