on-topic: not counting legends (because they're automatically strong), and not discriminating by level, but rather by how good they are for their level (in other words, an EV trained 'mence at 50 > a bad one at 100), i'd say my lv 50 blissey. it takes out some lv 100 sp. sweepers, and can survive a thunder from my flawless spatk, modest kyogre (probably my absolute strongest), in addition to wrecking the lv 50 battle frontier. my adamant, outstanding in abilities, triple flawless DDmence is pretty good, too.

I'd have to say my strongest is my sceptile (Lvl 62). His att, sp att and speed are pretty decent and has pretty strong attacks.

so i gues my Swapert is my strongest pokemon.
