Here are a few theories I've came across:
- A digital lore library that can be searched by putting in specific "link codes".
- An enigmatic idle-clicker game designed to keep your hands busy.
- A foreshadowing of a digital legendary Pokemon that has to do with the origin of Rotom.
- A slimmed-down and streamlined version of Gen 7's festival plaza, complete without trading, battling, activities, or any connectivity whatsoever. A truly easy to use and simple experience.
