In a nutshell:

The first poster (aka ME) posts what move they use and what they use it to do, and the next person rates it. Then that poster does what the OP did, and so on.

However, there are a few rules.

I use Aqua Jet. It runs on water, so it's cleaner and more efficient than the current alternatives (without loss of speed).
