Use old attacks?

Can you use ur pre evolution card's attacks after you evolve?
For example, after i evolve my wartortle to a blastoise can i use my Wartortle attacks?

Simple answer - no. Not without a card such as Memory Berry or Meteor Falls, and I think the latter has some restrictions.
