-Focus Punch
-Thunder Wave
-Thunderbolt
-Light Screen

Not too sure about EV spread...

Fearow@choice band
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -S.Atk)
Trait: Keen Eye
EV's: 252 Atk/ 252 Spd/ 6 HP
-HP:Ground
-Drill Peck
-Return
-Quick Attack

Fearow packs a punch, can almost dominate the UU metagame.

-Sludge Bomb
-Swords Dance
-Sleep Powder

Meh. it's quite slow. any other good UU/BL grass poke's i can use?

Barrier gives me the special sweepers, so i can use mirror coat in their face.

-Will-O-Wisp
-Fire Blast
-Grudge
-Hypnosis

Good if used properly. either sleep s.attackers, wisp physical attackers, blast anything else and use grudge if its time to go.

Not too sure about EV spread...
Focus Punch isn't necessary in UU so stick Hp Ice/Grass or Fire Punch. Counter works wonders too and if you are using it make its defense about 220.
