We need more than an Arbok to rate. Arbok, might not even fit on your team... so we need to see the other pogeys to give you a proper rate. EVs, IVs or stats would be nice too. Bashful is a neutral nature... Neutral natures won't help you much. Adamant/Jolly, imo.

Hyper Beam sucks too. Arbok likes Sludge Bomb for STAB, Get rid of HB and Bite. Personally... I'd rebreed.

I probably won't be using this against anything really serious like legendaries or power houses probably just my friends pokemon who either
A) don't have EV training
or
B)aren't there power house teams; so it's just for fun.

It really is link up just not competitive.
