I usually use 252 HP/160 Defence/20 Attack/rest in SAp. Attack

You have no Sp. Sponge, drop Aggron for Clefable~. Typhlosion makes you a very sad person.

Mantine and slowking have some pretty good sdef, slowking has better sweeping potential, while mantine has more sdef.

Why would you want a Water Type sponge? Use Clefable, it's really good. Use 212 HP (think it gives it max Lefties), 250 Defence (with Bold) rest in Sp. Attack/Sp. Defence.

Slowbro does not make a good Sp. Sponge, it needs to get lots of CMs first, it's more of a ***** than anything, since you can't kill it after 2-3 CMs

I don't care if you used that set or not. Probably someone before me used it.

Spread is fine, just one thing. CLEFABLE ABSOLUTELY NEEDS CALM MIND TO QUALIFY AS A SP. SPONGE. In other words, go Calm Mind/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt/Softboiled. You can use Wish if you really want to.
