Evs are my own creation.

I would use nidoking/lanturn/granbull/lunatone/grumpig or hypno/manectric or omastar.

Baton Pass luna or hypno to omastar or manectric menas is smexy. Gligar could be added on there somewhere.

^Rain dance is lol, substitute is how it works with petaya berry. Substitute is good for grumpi, he hates staus and with more and more calm minds special attackers will have a hard time breakin ghis sub. Hp Grass is for quaggy, which walls lanturn completely. Razor Leaf is pointless when you have hp grass, the only thing it does is break stuff like grumpig's subs with a critical hit, he needs leech seed for that set, he can't learn SB and it will be weak coming from his attack unless you run the sd set which doesn't have sb but it works pretty cool tbh.

Your rates are really "I have never trained one".

i know nidoking does.....but with a cb i think i can just switch into it with and switch into it until i get lucky :/

wat poke in uu is good that resists nido though....

EDIT: all i can think of is blastoise :/
