XRay: Baton Passing Defense is pretty stupid (unless you're using a Baton Pass team), especially when you have no way to heal yourself.

it didn't have EVs though

chao952 or shuckle man are good, I think that´s better than this one in smogon.

for EVs you can use those in the main site (pokemon of the week)

No, those EVs are terrible. You use max Defense, a lot of HP, the rest between Special Attack and Defense. Bold Nature.
