Uhh you use Rest to shed damage and status from stuff, Cursepert isn't exactly a defensive tank. You use Surf or Ice Beam.

EDIT: No, use Ice Beam on Vappy for mence and stuff. Leave Toxic to Pokes that need it such as Cradily.
