I just got a Eevee from Celedon Mansion at level 25. I want a vaporeon, so should I evolve it as soon as possible?

Hes stats stay the same as you evolve him on 25 or 99
It just depends when you feel to evolve him =D

depends on wich moves u want 2 learn him if u wanna add some normal atks then train it lil more.. of if u want water just evolve right away..

yeah, what are u waitin' for, he looks really kool and it helps you a lot if you don't have any water pokemon, so do it

The only reason I can see for not evolving it whenever you choose to is that Eevee learns Baton Pass at lv36...so if you want BP on Vaporeon, you'll have to hold off on the evo. until then.

Um....actually, BP is one of the most useful supporting moves in the game...and IIRC, BP'ing Vaporeons are pretty useful since they can pass high HP Substitutes, Acid Armors, etc.

BP is not useless at all, i know it is useful, and even if i'm one of those all out offensive trainers i don't think it is useless
