Yes, absolutely! Most of the Pokemon I trade out do have some IVs because I use a Flawless Ditto to breed them, but I just don't have time to breed for specific IV spreads for people anymore.

Is that what you're offering if I come across another shiny Jirachi? What I would trade for it would depend on if it has a decent nature and IVs. I wouldn't want to trade out something with poor stats for a better shiny or event. That wouldn't be fair to you.

Cresselia has a nickname and isn't kalos born and Litwick can be nicknamed but also isn't Kalos born. Also, I accept the item trade, all that is left is if you'd still like the two pokemon.

please do not worry about natures for me i'm not a competitive player i'm happy just having the pokemon i only mentioned what i have as i know others do have competitive interest
i'm happy to give my pokemon for those who would use them more than me they deserve more attention i just happened to get lucky when i got the celebi (in hindsight i might have wanted to give the celebi for the jirachi but oh well can't be helped) and for record the pokemon i have as a last resort is a meloetta.....its the only one i would be reluctactant to give up but again i did say if you weren't interested in the others so its up there
also thankyou so much for the work you put into the smeargle i asked for it means a real lot to me

also getting all the pokemon mentioned in my signature is my goal so hopefully it goes without saying i cannot trade any of the ones from there i already have again thanky very much for your hard work
