Kawaii Kyuubi Kitsune
Kawai Nogitsune
This is not my best RPG, so don't expect the plot to be very good at all. I just hadn't made an PG for a while thus felt the need to.
Velkyn Valley
The hidden valley of Velkyn. Discovered by the two young dragons (Dragonair to be precise), Quarth and Sanye, them being brother and sister. As they found it, there was little special about the over grown landscape apart from it being devoid of humans, or even other pokemon, and the nature of it existing outside the normal laws of space... But that was more than enough to keep their interest. They were the kind of dragon that lusts for peace, the kind that often forced peace upon others. With no others there peace was ensured.
They gave little thought at first to the way the valley existed outside the normal rules. Over time they spent more and more time together in it, tending to the land and changing it as they desired. They had no reason to be in the outside world apart from to find mates, but that looked more and more impossible given the way humans hunted down their kind.
They both grew into magnificent Dragonite there, alone and isolated from the rest of the world. Hundreds of years past, perhaps even thousands, they didn't care for the exact number of years. The scenery developed from its old overgrown greenery, to massive fields of carefully arranged flowers, laid out so there would be a magnificent display anytime of the year as well as more than enough berries to feed an army, let alone the two dragons. It became easy to maintain, though they were never happy with the way the single valleys river ran or the positions of the lakes no matter how much they changed the two, easy enough for them to have plenty of time to think about how the valley could exist.
It was easy to find the basic reasons the place was hidden. It looked from the inside to be accessible by air, but that was an illusion. Powerful, unpredictable winds made it impossible for even a dragonite to fly out, and from the outside it would appear the valley didn't even exist where it should of. In fact the entrance the dragons came in through was via a deep underground cave network that, calculating from how far they traveled, should of led them out in to an actual human settlement. Defining how two very different places can exist in the same location is much easier for dragons than humans, they see it as rare instead of weird, but never say why to anyone else.
With all figured out, and nothing to do but shift the course of a river, plus creating lakes, it is understandable that Quarth and Sanye started to get bored. They started spending time back in the cave network, widening tunnels and making new ones, all the time trying to not think about what they knew they would do next. The joy of keeping the peace can only be had if there were obstacles hindering it. They knew they would just be asking for trouble.
They sent out the word about the secret of the valley of Velkyn far and wide, inviting all whom wish to have a new home to come, with only the rule that those who come must live with honor. It was cruel of them not to give the specifics of what they meant by honor, but they couldn't of said if they wanted to. Details like that can be made up on the spot. Even in good times the offer of a land with plenty of food and no predators would attract many of the pokemon who usually are prey to others, but with the pressures of expanding human settlements turning up such an offer is almost unthinkable. Of course the invite was also sent to those pokemon that hunted others too...
The long perilous journey to Velkyn certainly would put off those who didn't have a good reason to go. Herds that tried tended to only have a couple of member make it all the way, but the offer of freedom from predators was good enough to attract them anyway. For the predatory pokemon the decision to go is a much tougher one, those in packs tend to already have decent enough territory to take a risk by going on the word of two dragons, but still there are always some who'd take such risks. The honor thing certainly sounds like a potential problem.
Quarth and Sanye wait in anticipation for the chaos to start, feuds between gangs of herbivorous pokemon are fun to stop, but forcing any form of honor into the predator/prey system... Well, it depends on who the system benefits, and that'll be decided by whom deserves the most.
Uncertainty awaits those who come, is the risk worth it for you?

Name: (Creative and unique names are a good idea, but not needed)
Gender: (If applicable)
Species: (Species of pokemon)
Description: (Usually this section only covers appearance of a character, but think of other distinguishing features pokemon would pick up on. Scent, fur/skin texture, etc...)
Personality: (How your character acts)
History: (Optional unless told otherwise)
Other: (Anything else of importance that doesn't fit in other sections)
Sample RPG: (Only if you want to make it easier for me. If you don't do it, I'll have to search the forum for your posts)
Note:
*Quarth and Sanye are not player characters, do not request to use them. Playing other dragon type pokemon is acceptable but please think carefully before doing so.
*Quarth and Sanye are powerful dragons, they would have to be to even consider doing what they are doing. This does not mean they are wise, intellegent, cunning, or unbeatable. It just means you should expect to have an extremely difficult time against them with a normal sort of advantage (Like type advantage), while you'd realistically need a very unfair advantage to beat them.
*Multiple characters are allowed, but if they are of different evolution chains you will need to write a history.
*In the world of this RPG carnivorous pokemon hunt other pokemon for food, forming a decent food chain. It is thus important to think carefully on how your characters normally fit into this food chain. There are no non-pokemon animals, at least in Velkyn Valley, except the rare fish in the rivers and lakes... though of course fishing would be poor due to how harsh the dragons were in changing the river and lake locations, killing most fish and water plants each time. In time though, the fish population should naturally increase if the dragons settle with things the way they are.
*If you consider romances between characters, please think of how appropriate love relationships are, considering not just the egg groups as just because it's possible doesn't mean it's appropriate or even happens without human intervention (Unless the pokemon is a little twisted).
*I do not hold the belief that all pokemon lay eggs. This should not come up, at least in much detail, in this RPG, but even if it does I will not enforce it in anyway because it is wrong for me to force my views on others. Just don't be surprised if my characters hold my views, though due to having to role play the character's correctly they are likely to be less stubborn and sure on the matter as I would be.
How bunnying is to be handled in this RPG
I do not like my character's to be bunnyed beyond reactions that are certain (Instinctual reactions for example). If you want to bunny someone else's character beyond instinctual, and other such unhelpable reactions, then you'll need to ask them for permission first via PM. This will make traditional battles between pokemon difficult, but I see such battles as very unlikely in this RPG anyway. In nature creatures have methods for avoiding the sort of conflicts that would escalate into long battles like that, thus it is logical pokemon would use similar methods when not dealing with humans.
Try to think of how much energy would be wasted on a full out battle, avoiding powerplaying to give character's unrealistic limits, and how bad it would be to be exhausted and helpless from too much fighting. When against something of about equal power, it'd make more sense to have a quick mock show of strength instead of a full out battle, or to back off till a situation where you have a major advantage that'd allow a quick and easy win.
Character deaths may be unavoidable in such situations if the conflict is caused by predator/prey relationships between pokemon species, though my characters' personalities would make it extremely unlikely that any deaths will be caused by me.

Name: Kitsune
Gender: Female
Species: Ninetales
Description: Silky soft snow white fur compliments Kitsune's sleek ninetales body, no impurity from her muzzle to the tips of her nine tails at all. The fur goes great with her teeth, the white fangs that are so easy to flourish in any lighting condition just to remind everyone that she has them and that they are sharp. Her pale blue eyes, which always look as though they are gazing through solid objects and into everyone she glances upon their very soul, and her black nose (Plus the black pads on the bottom of her feet, if one gets to see them) are the only things that stand out visually against her fur. If it wasn't for her eyes and teeth she'd look cute and cuddly, but her eyes make other hesitate about even thinking those things.
Her fur may be soft, but underneath, though her shape is normal, her muscles are firm and strong. A slight oder of smoke hangs around her, the smell created when she burns her fur clean, along with a pungent scent the goes with any ninetales, produced so others can recognize her as what she is by scent alone.
Personality: Deceitful and sly, one would think a fox had no sense of morals or honor. But as usual, this gives the wrong impression of Kitsune. Sure she lies, and tricks others to get whatever she wants. Sure she doesn't care if others hate her, or even wish her dead, such things mean nothing for a free spirit like her. The thing is she does have morals, ones she never goes against even if she wants to. She will never kill someone she's toyed with unless they stop being fun. She'll never leave someone crippled. She'll never go against her word.
Often her way of life leads her to be lonely, and she hates nothing more than to see someone betray a friend. Her loneliness is incurable, she takes too much pleasure in being sadistic to make many friends or even keep them long. Her vanity and pride never help matters either, and those things often leads her into violent revenge... even if she prefers to humiliate enemies rather than kill them.
Other: Kitsune can't breath fire. Swallowing too much water has damaged her flame ducts beyond repair and weakened the eternal flame that resides deep within her, the flame that all vulpix and ninetales have that can never go out. She does love the water, and acts as though she's over come her weakness to it. She's deceiving even herself, with her weakened eternal flame and a fire pokemon's need to have a higher internal temperature, she's weaker than ever of ending up with hypothermia if she stays in water too long. Luckily she can still create will-o-wisp by rubbing her tails together, though that only works while they are dry.
Her strength and speed are extremely surprising for a ninetales, as she had to adapt to living without a flame to breath and her other non-physical abilities failed to develop well either. Physical power was the only thing she could train for. Iron tail was the obvious technique to learn for this, and she's mastered many uses for it.
Sample RPG:
Silver flowers gleaming in the light of the full moon, their air born pollen glistening in the crisp night time air. It would have been impossible to walk through the field without walking on the flowers, but the white ninetales, who's light blue eyes glowed in the low light conditions, wouldn't of tried even if it was possible. The flowers felt so nice and soft as they were crushed under her paws.
So this is the Velkyn valley. Nothing too special about it, I'm just glad I ate something decent recently as there looks to be little to eat here at the moment except berries. I really would hate to resort to eating those... perhaps tomorrow more victims will move in to this death trap with so little cover to hide in whatsoever, but for now the night is nearly over and it is time to rest.
As she yawned, the moon light caught her fangs. They looked as if they glowed more than her eyes, though only for a moment. Instinctively she took laying down slowly, even if there were no twigs or anything that could break and make a sound beneath her or anyone around who would care if they did. Soon she was completely on the ground and her eyes slowly closed. Curling up for a more snuggly position, to conserve her high temperature, ripped some flowers from the ground and broke the steams of others. Not that it mattered, being so much hotter than most pokemon, laying there would make the flowers around her wilt anyway, especially when so far from the river.
