Since that team has a huge weakness to Steel, I would like to nominate:
Heatran @ Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 56 HP / 252 SpA / 200 Spe
Modest Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Fire Blast
- Flash Cannon
- Earth Power
I saw someone else who used this in his team, for fun copied his team into PS, and this thing is beast. It outspeeds many Pokemon, and Flash Cannon does more damage then most people expect.

I thought Shadow Tag would benefit a perish song team had a hard time deciding between suggesting Wobuffet or Gothitelle and thought Gothiitelle might be a better choice so heres what i got for CCAT
Gothitelle (F) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Shadow Tag
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Modest Nature
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Trick
The opponent may wait out the perish song 2 turns and then switch if the opponent does that then just switch in Gothitelle and perish song will do its thing.
Choices specs to trick any stallers/offensive attackers or boost up the power if you know you can one shot the other pokemon.
Psychic for stab bonus. Psyshock is also a good substitute. It also provides help to destroy a poison type which Wigglytuff is weak.
Thunderbolt to destroy things that Hiddenpower Fire and psychic wont hurt.
Hiddenpower fire to get rid of steel types. You can use Energyball but thats the only move i can see switching out for but i think the Hiddenpower will still help cover that steel weakness.
And trick to mess with the opponent's team.
