Venusaur, Meganium or Sceptile?

From a battlers point of view I'll say Venusaur/Sceptile are the best ones there.

But Venusaur=Kanto pogey so yeah he gets an insta-vote from me 8D

Hmn. Sceptile has the best speed, can learn Aerial Ace, which can hurt the others. Meganium is the tank, and Venusaur is a tank/mixed sweeper kinda. He can learn sludge bomb, which hurts the others, but Sceptile won't give Megainium or Venusaur enough time to do that, so I go with Sceptile.

I'm....really not sure actually.

Venusaur has a kickass design, and in its day was an interesting concept. But on the other hand its crawling out of the woodwork these days like its nobody else's business. Overuse can really effect how I think of a character.
Meganium is in pretty much the same boat as Venusaur, though admitedly to a lesser degree.
I've only really just started to warm up to Sceptile, and in all honesty I can't say I outright hate the thing or even dislike it that much.

...Meganium for the moment.

Oh yeah! SCEPTILE all the way. It and Dragonite are my two fav pokes. Geckos beat dinosaurs every time. Sceptile >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Venusaur >>>>>>>>> Meganium.

It's a pity that Sceptile didn't battle Spenser's Venusaur in the Battle Palace episode, though.

From a battle standpoint, I vote Meganium. "Arguably the best Starter," is no small feat.

I like Meganium a fair bit, too. Sceptile is my favorite, but as the actual poll question is about who is better, Meganium gets my vote.

Venusaur gets notable mention for being the best of its respective Trio.

Heck, I had to do eeny-meeny-miny-mo to decide! They are all worthy of using, but the result of my eeny-meenying was Meganium. I agree. On looks, definetely . Best Movepool goes to Sceptile. The fun factor is Venusaur. Its great fun to use. Period.
