Venusaur Moveset Help

Never in my life have i had so much trouble thinking of the best moveset for a pokemon. I know i already made another topic with my whole team including my venusaur but that didnt really help. Can someone please help me? This is the movesets i had in mind:

(1. Leech Seed, Magical Leaf, Sludge Bomb, Swords Dance.

I definantly wanna have leech seed. But i prefer sludge bomb over toxic coz my skarmory knows toxic and because sludge bomb is 100 accurate and poisons the foe anyway most of the time (of course not BADLY posion like toxic) but still 90 damage and normal poison is better than just badly posion right? Also swords dance is there to help. By the way i have a venusaur right now but that doesn't really matter because im going to breed to get another venusaur for magical leaf. Also if anyone could recommend a nature and a held item etc. it would help alot. By the way im not willing to have any moves that only have 5 pp (like frenzy plant or synthesis).

Meh 2 things: Sludge bomb version is the best venusaur imo and I only listed razor leaf as well, despite being a special attack because you most likely don't EV train so it doesn't really matter :/ Go for synthesis though for the coolest set ever made 8)

Hyper Beam and its elemental counterparts are all pure LMAO-worthy material. Anyways, I recommend the set *Ryan* gave for an InGame Venusaur.

XRay, meet Jumpluff, Jumpluff, XRay. Seriously, Jumpluff would thrash that Venusaur. You'll need at least Sludge Bomb to counter other members of your type, since Leech Seed is pathetic towards other Grass-types. A Jumpluff with Confusion should easily be countered with Sludge Bomb. I think *Ryan*'s set is the best.

You'll need at least Sludge Bomb to counter other members of your type, since Leech Seed is pathetic towards other Grass-types. A Jumpluff with Confusion should easily be countered with Sludge Bomb. I think *Ryan*'s set is the best.

There are no jumpluffs ingame as far as I know, and no jumpluffs whatsoever with confusion

Also fun to use. use Sleep Powder, Swords Dance up, and Sweep away. Skarmory is immune to this set, though.
Like the first set, It's best to not use in competitive Battling.

My little brother (AKA Mewtwo Pwr) used this in his Red (save the Miracle Seed due to hold items not existing during the time), and it's anything but effective XD

In-game, I use:
Sludge Bomb
Earthquake
Body Slam/Facade/Secret Power/ect.
Razor Leaf/Magical Leaf/FrenzyPlant(ONLY when you're High XD)

Like all the sets competitive play is a big no-no.

I will say it again: THESE ARE NOT FOR COMPETETIVE BATTLING. These are for fun reasons only (Except the third which was a joke)

i missed the part where jumpluff actually does any damage to venusaur, with sleep powder/leech seed/substitute/encore

and confusion on jumpluff is just lol'able it'll do like 20% damage
