You see, I would believe you if you didn't actually resized it.
If something is rezised it doesn't have to be blurry. Anyway I can see that you resized it because some parts are still pixally. But Venusaur has dark green spots and teeth, yours doesnt. never use the default black from paint and read a tutorial.
Um, this looks just like a Venusaur enlarged, with altered shading. Lots of parts are still pixely. Also, if you're going to make an enlargement, add more shades. 3 is enough for a 64x64 sprite, but not for something that big.
Well its pretty good, but it does look enlarged, if you did inlarge it just do it fom 100 to 200 and so on and so fourth, you want it to look "normal" Do it in multiples of 100 to save the blockyness.
