I haven't used a VGC team or even participated in one, but first you need to give descriptions for your team. However, I see no particular fault in this team except for the fact that Politoed or Tyrannitar may switch in and ruin your day. A counter to those two may be helpful.

I'm sorry, I was making this on short notice. Exeggutor and Rotom are both counters for Tyranitar and Politoad.

- Protect - It gives more protection against ice types since subs break so easily in a VGC setting two blizzards on a hail team, and you're dead... I recomend Protect for that reason! Plus Protect is a VGC stable move!

- Heat Wave - Hits two pokemon with a high power, high burn ratio, and doesn't drop your only way of Sp.atk
- Solarbeam/Energy Ball - If the sun goes down, you can use this for a sp.def drop if you don't want sunny day or solarbeam to fail with a two turn charging..
- Protect
- Power Swap/Sunny Day - as wierd as it sounds i've used it and it works! If rain ruins your day set up sunny day and give your foe a shock x3

Zapdos @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 128 HP/252 Sp Atk/128 Spd
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt/Discharge - If you're a fan of para this has a high para ratio and you can use protect on a teammate while using it! >:3
- Hidden Power (Ice)
- Roost/Protect - VGC stable so I might as well recommend it/Tailwind - to support speeder pokemon
- Heat Wave

Ability: Levitate
EV's: 4 HP/252 Sp Atk/252 Spd

I took your advice with Rotom. I think its definately a change for the better.

I think I'll take every change except for solarbeam for energy ball. I think I have a good team here

You should add descriptions to these sets.

Anyways for Exeggcutor, you should increase his EVs in HP more since 124 EV split isn't good (in my opinion).

I'll try it out and see! I dont have descriptions yet because I had to leave somewhere on short notice for a day and am on my iPhone right now. I will type descriptions when I am back to my house in an hour or so.
