Super Mario Bros.

Minus World
In world 1-2, grab the powerup between the lifts, then break the 2 blocks but leave the one next to the wall, then step next to the pipe, hold the +Control Pad down, then jump and hold the +Control Pad to the down right position then hold +Control Pad right then move.
And go into the closest pipe, and you're in an endless world.
But in the Famicom Disk System version, there's three out of this world levels.

Growth/Shrink glitch
Get past Bowser, then jump at Bowser and the Axe at the same time and you should be flashing, and if that happens, the glitch works.
Then get the mushroom and you shrink and won't be able to break blocks until you take damage, and you can shoot fireballs when small too.
Do the trick again to fix the glitch.
If you do the trick if you're small, you'll usually die and get to the next world without losing a life.

Alternate Music
Can only be used with a cheat device and a cheat code that corresponds to it.

Welcome to NOOB SAIBOT LAND

Who didn't know that one...LOL
everyone had LV100's those days

awhups
Glitches are not the same as Easter eggs; one's unintentional, and the other's intentional. Big difference.

Olivier!

You can change this?
In SSBM, when you have Fox or Falco in a Lylat System level, and with the control-pad (with which you can taunt) you go left right left, and Fox, or Falco, wil chrouch and will call the minor ships that shoot,.. You can only do this once per battle. (Maybe need a few tries to do this)

Skiks

MUCH RESPECT
Viewtiful Joe:
Hulk Davidson: What's with that V watch on your arm kid? You think you're some kind of Megaman or something.

Whistle the Super Mario Bros. theme:
Have Joe draw out a bomb by holding the kick button, but instead of having him kick it away, keep holding kick and he'll start to hit it like a hacky sack. He'll also start to whistle the beginning of the Super Mario Bros. theme.

If you do this while in mid-air, he'll whistle another part of the song.
Only on the gamecube version of course.

Super Mario Kart

Access Special Cup in Time Trial or Match Race.
You can do it without getting gold on Mushroom Cup, Flower Cup, and Star Cup on 100cc on Grand Prix.
On the track selection, press left then highlight Mushroom Cup, then press L, R, L, R, L, L, R, R, A.
And voila. Special Cup can be accessed on Time Trial and Match Race.
It will be accessible until you push on the reset switch or turn off the SNES.
And you'll have to re-input the code when you get there again.
Special Cup can be unlocked by getting gold on Mushroom Cup, Flower Cup, and Star Cup on the 100cc Grand Prix.

Shortcuts:
Mario Circuit 1 - After turn 3, go into the dirt and go straight to turn 5.
Donut Plains 1 - After turn 2, cut through the grass with the mushroom.
Ghost Valley 1 - After the bump, use a feather to jump over the ledge. You can also jump it by using the mushoom then press L or R. Also you can jump it by going fast enough on 150cc.
Mario Circuit 2 - In the middle of the jump, press left then land on the jump bar to save time. Don't land in the grass though or you'll lose precious time.
Ghost Valley 2 - After the first 3 turns, use a feather to jump the ledge.
Bowser Castle 2 - After turn 1 and before turn 2, there is an extra area,
Jump over the lava with the feather, get to the word STOP then use the feather to jump over the lava. I suggest doing it on 150cc.
Mario Circuit 3 - Use a mushroom to cut through the dirt before the turn before the start/finish line.
Koopa Beach 1 - In turn 2, there is a shortcut on the right side.
Choco Island 2 - There is a dirt path going straight.
Mario Circuit 4 - Dirt path before the turn before the start/finish line
Ghost Valley 2 - In the middle of the straight after turn 1, there is a ledge at the right side.
Vanilla Lake 2 - Get close to the lake as possible and use the L and R buttons to jump over thin ice.

Aerofighters Assault
There are 4 bonus stages.
The first one is the landing.
The second one is to defend the space shuttle.
The third one is to defend the floating air base.
The fourth one is to destroy the unidentified flying object.
You can access all of them on Normal and Hard.
However you can access the second one on any difficulty (and some luck on Easy)

Unlock the F-15
Beat the game on easy and complete the bonus level.

Unlock the X-29
Beat the game on normal or hard.

Pokemon Pinball (GBC)

Mew
See if you can try to get Mew (Cannot get Mew by using a Catch Pokemon Modifier code with GameShark)

Pokemon Pinball R/S (GBA)

Jirachi
Arrival Space on slot.

Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile
You can only get them on the Ruby table by doing what?

TyraniRay

Dragon Master
Those are cheats and shortcuts. Easter Eggs are refereces to things that aren't really in the game. They are often refering to older games in the series, famous characters (like Mario), real life people and sometimes are literally easter eggs. If you've played Vice City then you'd know what I mean by literal. There really is an easter egg. The Viewtiful Joe things are easter eggs. Not a code.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

Go to Hyrule Castle (as a child). Go inside the castle grounds, dodge the guards until you reach the garden where Zelda is standing. Do not talk to Zelda. Instead, go to the right window and look into it. There will be pictures of Mario, Yoshi and Peach. Then go to the left window and shot a deku seed into it (using your slingshot). A man behind the left window will look at you and get angry. He will then throw a bomb at you.

These will only work if you go to Hyrule Castle for the first time.

Legend of Zelda Oracle of Ages

If you're playing Ages with a Seasons passsword, then at one point somewhat early in the game Impa will run towards you as your passing the Dark Tower in the Present. You can then go inside the Tower to rescue Zelda. But, in order to do so you have to jump over fireballs and climb up ladders to reach Zelda, just like in Donkey Kong.

Super Mario World

The Star Road
There are 5 entrances to the Star World.

Entrance 1
- Donut Plains 1
If you are riding Yoshi, and you have the feather powerup,
Dash then jump up then hold the jump button to jump over the pipe.
Then get the key.
- Donut Secret 1
Get the P-Switch and hit the ? block to get the key.
- Donut Secret House
Get the P-Switch then activate it near the message box.
Jump on top of the ? blocks, then hit the turn block in the center.
And jump on the vine and get to the blue door above quickly!
And you'll have to deal with the Big Boo.

Entrance 2
- Vanilla Dome 1
After you activated the red switch, go up the stairs of red ! blocks to get to the key above.
- Vanilla Secret 1
Bring the Jumpstand on to the pillar then jump to the pipe.
Or you could wait until the blue switch is activated.

Entrance 3
- Cheese Bridge Area
You should use Yoshi and/or the Feather Powerup to go under the exit gate.
And there is another exit gate beyond it.
- Soda Lake
Get to the end of the level.

Entrance 4
- Forest of Illusion 1
Get the P-Balloon to get to the Key
- Forest Ghost House
There are 2 exits, one goes back to where you were previously.
One of them takes you forward.
- Forest of Illusion 4
There is a pipe that takes you to the key.
- Forest Secret Area
Get to the end of the level.
- Forest Fortress
Get to the end of the fortress and knock the Reznor off their platforms.

Entrance 5
- Valley of Bowser 4
There is a key behind the exit gate that is out of reach, So you need Yoshi to get the key.

Shortcut to Bowser's Castle
- Yoshi's Island 2 -> Yoshi's Island 3 -> Yoshi's Island 4 -> #1 - Iggy's Castle -> Donut Plains 1 -> Donut Secret 1 -> Donut Secret House -> Star World 1 -> Star World 2 -> Star World 3 -> Star World 4
And you're there.
This seems hard to do without activating any colored switches, but it can be done. I would use a Blue Yoshi to get to the key in Star World 4.

Here it is, Wii Easter Eggs:

leon77 from Aussie-Nintendo.com/Forums said:
The IGN boards via GoNintendo has listed several easter eggs and interesting tidbits to do with the Wii interface and Wii Sports. Just like the gamecube alternate boot sounds the Wii has several different thigs you can do. ENJOY!

• In the Photo Channel, you can catch the evil cat that runs across the screen to get tips! It appears in the Fun option, and you can grab the cat with the A and B button.

• You can have a 194 piece puzzle by holding down the 1 button before selecting any piece amount.

• If you don’t have an SD card and still want to check out Photo Channel, you can e-mail a Jpg to your Wii Message Board. There is a size limit for any mail you send to it - possibly 1mb.

• In Bowling, you can throw your ball into other people’s lanes.

• If you put mp3s in your SD card along with your photos, you can change the background music during a slide show to one of your mp3s.

• When the message board records your play time, if you don’t exit to the Wii Menu before you power off the machine, it records the play time as “other”. If you properly exit to the menu and then shut off it will record it as the correct game.

• You can rearrange almost anything on the Wii…like the channels and messages by just holding the A and B

• The plasma burn in reduction kicks in the second the Wiimote shuts down.

• When you get an e-mail, not only does the disc drive light up and pulsate blue, but your Wiimote sends out a little chirp

• when you’re in the Mii channel and you don’t use the Wiimote for a little bit and your Mii’s start walking around, if you then suddenly use the Wiimote, all the Mii stop and follow the ‘hand’ for about 3 seconds….

• When typing messages, and you need to go back and edit the message(while still typing) instead of deleting letters, just point to where you want to edit to move the type cursor.

• In Wii Sports Bowling, when you press up on the Directional Pad, it will zoom in on the lane. The zoom in sound is the exact same sound from Super Mario 64 any time you moved the camera.

• Co Op Jigsaw puzzles in Wii photos

• You can place the sensor bar upside down and it doesn’t reverse the directions of your movements…
• In Wii sports bowling, you can release on the back swing and throw the ball backwards. It scares all the Mii’s behind you.

• Classic controller has analogue shoulder buttons. With the GC “click” at the bottom.
