Here's an easy way to get video game sheet music. As you may know, MIDI files contain not actual audio, but rather what notes, what instrument to emulate, and the length of the notes (and any other details).
First, download a program called Noteworthy Composer (stick it into Google and you'll find a download link) - install it, and head to the next step.
Next, go to
VGMusic.com and pick the console the game is on. Find the game, and then the song. Have a listen in Quicktime to make sure the sound is to your liking. (If you're after specifically piano - ie. songs arranged for piano - there is a section just for this on the main page. Scroll down a bit)
Open up the midi in Noteworthy and voila! It shows the transcribed music. You can then print this off on A4 sheets, and selotape them together so you basically get a sequential chain of the music. (Saves on page turning!

)
Since you'll have the trial version of Noteworthy, when you print off the sheet music, you'll get an extra page asking you if you want to buy the full version or not.
It's not too much of a bother - at least the program isn't a timed trial, and it's only a single sheet of A4.
Hope this helps you all - certainly helped me.
