Virused......

I have another problem guys........there's this little thing that keeps appearing saying my computer is infected, and it prompts me to use something called "Adwarestriker", and I keep uninstalling it, but it keeps coming back. I did a virus scan, and had two viruses, but they were removed and this is still here. I did an ad-aware scan and removed everything. I also did a Spybot scan, but it says I cannot remove something called "Smitfraud-C", or something along those lines.

God.......I seriously need to learn how to do this crap on my own >_>

Hmm...you could try System Restore and set it back to the day before you got teh infecting message...

Try a virus scan, or a scan with another spyware remover.

Smitfraud.c (along with Smitfraud.a and b) is a trojan which is really spyware, since it may steal your personal information via a fake HTML page.

As for Adwarestriker, it's a program to get rid of adware. If something's popping up, it means that spyware and adware (as well as other viruses) are probably infecting your computer. Get a virus scanner, (I recommend www.avast.com) and if that fails do system restore like MapleDestiny said.

And Magma Leader Maxie, the Spystriker tells me to buy it though.

Start Menu > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. Follow the directions.
