Pokemon Battle Revolution has a voice over just like the Stadium games. If you listen carefully to the new video on PokeBeach you can hear a in game Japanese man's voice over explaining the battle. There is a chance that the D/P Trainers may be the ones who are talking but I can't tell right now.

Do you like the return of this feature or not?

Yes this is actually quite old. Pokebeach are posting old stuff which isnt theirs without credit. What a shock
