When did pikachu learn Volt Tackle? I thought that only Pichu was able to learn it. Which episode did it learn the move?

on the game you can breed a pichu with volt tackle (only on emerald). the female pikachu/raichu has to be holding a light ball when they breed.

Just like how in the games, Pikachu needs a TM to learn Iron Tail. In the anime Ash was able to get Pikachu to learn it by practicing a lot.
