Rest isn't the best idea, unless you run a Lum Berry to heal off the sleep status. Maybe try Sandstorm, as it will chop off more health, along with Toxic, although Steels would still be immune. Theres also Encore, as in Encore a stat-up move, switch to something that can take it down, and they come out unharmed.

movesets are good, EVs are a iffy but not bad at all. recover will probably keep starmie in longer than the shell bell would. If its your starter maybe give it bright powder or soemthing else but the lumberry can be useful if it usally goes or switches out to a status move. I can guarantee you this team would not last against my heracross or milotic but thats beside the point :) . epic? i dont think so!

Can it really do anything? What happens when your opponent sends out a steel-type? Sandstorm and Toxic don't affect them at all, and they will more than likely kill you before Rollout does anything significant.

Zapdos might fit in well to your team. All of his stats are at least decent, and he doesn't share any common weaknesses with anyone else on your team.

Zapdos
Nature: Any nature is fine, so long as it doesn't lower one of its attacking stats.
-Thunderbolt
-Drill Peck
-Substitute
-Hidden Power Ground/ Thunder Wave
The Hidden Power is to handle Electric types, who will give him problems otherwise. I reset in my Leaf Green and used my Master Ball until I got one with a good Hidden Power Ground. It's easy to test since all of the pure electric types in the Power Plant have the sole ground weakness. I find that Thunder Wave is less useful, but it can help sometimes, or if you really don't want to find Hidden Power Ground. This Zapdos can use Substitute to out-stall most Blisseys.

Well, if I were to suggest anything, sadly, it would be removing the shuckle.
@Yo Shee, before you complain or anything, listen(read). HP is very hard to get(At the type you want it), doesnt do much(Even with super effectiveness and possible stab). With mud slap, you could at least lower accuracy(it isnt very strong, but at least you get the added effect). The nature should be mild too.

I'm aware of that, and I'm not forcing anyone to do anything, I was just suggesting it as a useful move. And if you're not going to go for that, you may as well use Thunderbolt against opposing electric types since Mud Slap will do a lot less damage to anything.

Thunderbolt: 95 + stab - resistance = 71.
Mud Slap: 20 + super effectiveness = 40.

Plus, there's Zapdos's naturally higher Sp.Attack stat to consider, which will make it even stronger than the example makes it look. In my opinion, as long as the Hidden Power's base is at least about 50, it's worth some consideration.

NNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! I love shuckle!!! he can own anything thats not a steel type, right!?

No. If steel types were its only worry it could still be a decent Pokemon.

Shuckle's main problem is its abysmal HP - it's not as durable as you might think, and that is the main reason it's a bad Pokemon.

yes. 244 hp is pretty bad for a staller/wall/whatever you want to say it is.
shuckle is really not a good pokemon at all.

you know what i noticed? alot of defence menaces have low Hp. the reason for is because low Hp needs to counter insane defences so they wont be too strong. and vice versa such as blissey. (shitty defence)

Has Not Changed.
You really need to get over this Shuckle thing. It really is a terrible Poke.

Even with Godly defences, without Rest/Lum/Cheri, nearly everything with a Super effective move will KO it before Sandstorm and Toxic do anything.

Plus, any Steels at all own him.

Blissey has about a million things going for it that Shuckle does not.

I can understand if you want to use Shuckle because it's your favorite Pokemon or whatever, but whether it's by fighting against or using it yourself you will realize sooner or later that it's simply not a good Pokemon.
It's a shame to spend time and effort training a Pokemon that'll inevitably end up sitting in some PC box.
Your first post didn't really make it clear whether this team is finished or not. If not, and you really really want to use Shuckle despite its shortcomings, I suggest you use X-Acts EV applet. And either way you should change Rollout. It won't do much without attack EVs. Replace it with Defense Curl, Attract or Body Slam.

my advice keep the shucle. its a good pair up with rollout. also you could replace protect with attract. ;) the only concern is that your pokemon might be taken badly by a strong grass type. and the only move to counter it is ice beam so keep that in mind.

i can easily 1HKO a grass type, no matter who it is with meteor mash. and gilgamesh, the reson i put rollout is because of the rising intensity. and have any of you actually use a shuckle? youll immediatly fall in love with him after he beat a whole team by himself at the 31 BT battle. (im not kidding you)
