Barbaracle's claim to fame is that it has access to the amazing Shell Smash move. As such it should definitely take advantage of this boon.
Barbaracle
Adamant Nature
Tough Claws
-Shell Smash
-Razor Shell
-Rock Slide/Stone Edge
-Earthquake/Cross Chop
Barbaracle has decent bulk but below average starting speed, so it can usually survive all but grass type attacks and get off the Shell Smash, and then proceed to sweep. Obviously Stone Edge and Cross Chop's lower accuracy makes them a deterrent, but the option is there if you need more power. Though the base power is the same, Cross Chop is in fact more powerful than Earthquake as it gets the Tough Claws boost while Earthquake does not. In any event, accuracy is usually preferable in-game.
Sleep Powder is an option over Dazzling Gleam on Roserade in order to incapacitate would-be counters (most notably steel and fire types). It is an egg move, however, so you can pass on it if you're not looking to breed.
Based on the Hasty Nature I'm assuming you're using Korrina's Lucario. If you're intending to use a fully special Lucario, a freshly bred Lucario would actually be better. Something along the lines of...
Mega Lucario @ Lucarionite
Modest/Timid Nature
Adaptability
-Flash Cannon
-Aura Sphere
-Shadow Ball
-Nasty Plot
Since you're not using a Mega Evolution on your team, it makes sense to make Lucario your mega (given that nothing else on your team can Mega evolve). I'm going to just assume you may have already been using him as such. In any event, keep in mind that Fighting/Ghost have perfect neutral coverage together; absolutely nothing resists them. For this reason, Shadow Ball is the perfect complement to Aura Sphere, while Flash Cannon can provide some SE coverage and gets the Adaptability boost. Nasty Plot is the reason for breeding a new Lucario; it only learns it as Riolu so you'd have to breed another one to get it. However after a NP, Mega Lucario hits ridiculously hard to the point where very little can stand against it.
make lucario learn bulk up and remove psychic and make it learn earthquake.
Bulk Up has no place on a mixed set, as it tends to be better for fully physical. And for a fully physical set, Lucario tends to prefer Swords Dance for more power, since something like Conkeldurr handles a Bulk Up set better.
remove gazling dream, shadow ball and energy ball and make roserade learn stun spore, giga drain and toxic spikes.
Sleep Powder outclasses Stun Spore, and Toxic Spikes are pretty horrible in-game. The AI doesn't switch, they generally have fewer Pokemon so you don't get much bang for your buck, and this team doesn't really have stall capacities so the Poison damage isn't going to get a chance to shine. Giga Drain, however, is very viable. It also requires breeding since it's an egg move (or a PokeTransfer move but that isn't released yet).
all in all you have way too much shadow balls
Actually, Shadow Ball is extremely viable in Gen 6, as Ghost has become arguably the best attacking type in the game. With steel no longer resisting it, and the new fairy type being hit neutral by it, only Dark and Normal types resist it, which is why Fighting (which is SE against both of those types) provides perfect coverage alongside it.
